Today Majesco Games announced that Chris Gray will be joining thecompany as Senior VP of Production. Gray has 25 years of experience inthe gaming industry including nine years with Electronic Arts working onmany projects, most notably Littlest Pet Shop. COOL is compensatingMr. Gray with 200,000 shares of restricted stock 100,000 shares will bevested equally over three years, while the remaining 100,000 share willbe issued after certain agreed upon milestones have been reached.
